Calcium, an abundant, essential mineral, is needed to form strong bones and teeth, and is necessary for blood clotting, nerve cell signaling, and muscle contraction.
3A Calcium (AAACa) is a patented, ionized calcium from Japan comprised of calcium oxide and calcium hydroxide. AAACa also is potentiated with HAI™ (heated algal ingredient), a patented amino acid complex from super-heated hijiki seaweed. These two patented, natural ingredients are only available in 3A Calcium.
Suggested Usage
Take 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules at bedtime, preferably with food.

I use it daily on doctors orders. My spine is in horrible condition , so curved, on the left side and crosses over to the right shoulder, NO spine in the center and it keeps collapsing onto the sciatic nerves and keep having to have more surgery. I fall a lot and so far NO broken bones. . this is the BEST calcium ever. Just wish it were not so costly. My meds are already expensive. But a great product.
