A high concentration of vitamin B12 is included to bypass normal absorptive mechanisms that rely on intrinsic factor. Folate complements actions of B12 for homocysteine methylation and nervous system function. Provides bioactive forms of both vitamin B12 and folate for highest bioavailability of these important B vitamins.
Suggested Usage
Dissolve 1 tablet daily in the mouth before swallowing or as directed by a healthcare professional.
The tablets are sweetened with mannitol and may be dissolved in the mouth or swallowed, or swallowed whole if desired.
Ingredients

- Folate 1,360mcg DFE (340%)
(as Metafolin calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) (800mcg) - Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 1,000mcg (41,667%)
Other Ingredients: Mannitol, vegetable stearine, silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, and stearic acid.
Contains NO: Milk/casein, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, soybeans, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

Since combining this product with Cyanocobalamin; injections are now twice weekly (instead of weekly); also, I have increased energy, sleep better and feel less 'foggy' etc.
