I like this mix of minerals and vitamin C. I have been using it once a day, and am planning to move to two times a day and hopefully gaining more energy and balance from doing this. It is a bit salty, but not too bad. I actually like the flavor just mixed with cold water or sometimes I mix it with hibiscus tea and find it refreshing.

Adrenal cocktail powder is an easy way to get some key nutrients in that support the adrenals during stressful times. I have dealt with Adrenal fatigue for several years. When under stress I can experience cortisol spikes during the night. Taking this twice a day during stressful seasons has helped to reduce those spikes. I use this one daily on a regular basis and increase to twice a day per my doctors instructions during stressful times.
