Just started using this blend this week, but I really like how much better I'm feeling. I frequently change vitamins as they seem to lose potency over time & are not as effective in keeping me on top of my game. Beware of ingredients that raise Blood Pressure!

Be advised that Asian Ginseng, found in this vitamin, may increase blood pressure. About a year ago my always-normal BP jumped about 10-15 top number, 5-10 bottom number. I was pretty upset. Docs telling me "well you're 60, time for BP meds" but I resisted. It occurred to me that perhaps I added a supplement at around that time, and searched the internet for any that impacted BP. There was a very short list, and Asian Ginseng is on it. WHY would they put it in a 50+ supplement?? I stopped taking it and in one day I went from 130-135 over 90, to 115 over 83.
