Great for stronger nails and longer hair

I use the product daily three in the morning and three before bedtime. Was recommended to me by a plastic surgeon to supplement amino acids I may not be getting enough of in my diet. It takes a long time to see results for me about 6-8 months. Now my nails are growing in stronger and smoother. So worth the wait.
