Suggested Usage
Adults: 1 tablet 4 times daily, or as directed.

Chinese Skullcap root 4:1 extract 200mg

Black Cumin seed 5:1 extract 100mg
-from Nigella sativa seed 500mg
Other Ingredients: dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, sodium starch glycolate, silicon dioxide, hypromellose and magnesium stearate.
This product is packaged in a facility that manufactures other products containing soy, milk, egg, wheat, peanut, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish.
