Suggested Usage

If not for this product, I believe I would be medicating for multiple sinus infections in the spring with grasses and tree pollens. In the fall, it's the goldenrod and other fall ""sneeze-weeds"". And also there's the ""out of body experience "" I get with benadryl and other antihistamine pills.

Tried it in Texas (Zone 5) that is when I became SOLD on this product. Works better than allergy shots!! Now in Iowa and keep Zone 3 year round. Much Better since I started this. 2 oz works for me. Lot cheaper than allergy shots and running to the ENT all the time.
