Pure Encapsulations brand comes highly recommended by my holistic doctor. I am supposed to take 1-2 capsules of Alpha Lipoic Acid 100 Mg twice daily. I have just started taking them so it is too early to see any results...

I used to take this product 3 times daily but my test results showed I still had a defiecientcy so I am thankful this company makes a higher dose of 200 mg. Now, I take 3-200 mg.
