Great Supplement

Alpha Lipoic Acid it's so amazing supplement that I can't be without. It helps me so much with pain and inflamation. My family it's starting to use it with same results. I bought a bottle for my best friend too because she was in so much pain with back and knees. She called this, a miracle supplement. Her pain was gone overnight. Two nights ago my ankle and foot was so swollen after a long day standing
next day swelling and pain gone! These veggie capsules are 250 mg each, and taking 3 once a day on severe pain works great for me. I choose Solaray for most of my vitamins because of the integrity of the company. I do my search. Their ingredients are high quality. I highly recommend this. After all it's an Antioxidant support.
