Best Magnesium!

The directions say to use the entire package for one bath but I usually get 3-4 applications out of it. Ancient Minerals flakes work SO MUCH better than the cheaper Epsom salts you purchase at the drug store. I feel very calm and relaxed after using them and always sleep well.
