This easy topical spray Magnesium oil isn’t actually an “oil” after all, but instead was coined as such due to the high saturation of magnesium chloride in water, which presents itself in an “oil-like” texture.
Ancient Minerals ultra-pure magnesium oil is extracted from the Ancient Zechstein Seabed in Europe, 1600 to 2000 meters deep in the interior of the Earth. Well protected for the last 250 million years, it is the purest magnesium oil in the world and a mark of purity on every bottle of Ancient Minerals.
Magnesium is distinguished as being not only one of the most vital and essential enzyme co-factors, regulating more reactions than any other mineral, but it is also responsible for two of the most important cellular functions: energy production and cellular reproduction. Magnesium must be continually supplied to the body as it is needed on an ongoing daily basis. When we don’t take in adequate magnesium daily, our bodies will either remove magnesium from our bones, where it is needed, or function in deficiency. Suggested Usage
- For best results, apply liberally and rub well into clean skin of torso, legs, or arms. Avoid sensitive areas and mucus membranes.
- Rinse or wipe off after 20 minutes if desired.
- It is normal to experience a tingling sensation during initial use.

I woke up with a terrible cramp in my foot that would not ease up! I remembered I had this magnesium oil and rubbed some into my entire foot. Within 10 minutes, the cramp had resolved and did not return!

Mag is important and sometimes taking Mag in pill form, does not always give you what you need. Thats when you need a spray. Ancient Minerals Pure Magnesium Oil Spray works well, little sting and a little layer of salt on your skin, but it works and gets in there...

I've had Fibromyalgia for 35+ years. My body [legs and feet] would cramp up almost every night and I'd be in agony, many nights hardly sleeping at all. I tried quinine pills, quinine water, other oils with lavender and on and on. Sometimes it was so severe I was crying and I couldn't even walk to relieve it. I actually have permanent tinnitis from the quinine pills. A childhood friend told me about this oil and it's the answer to my prayers. It's brought great relief and a more peaceful night. I travel with it also. I'm truly grateful for this awesome product. Finally something works.

I have problems with both knees as well as bad leg cramps that other reviewers have described. My husband, a massage therapist, convinced me to try it. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I don't know how it works, but I have so much less pain and cramping. Don't get me wrong - I'm not going to be running any marathons on these knees, but just to go shopping without serious pain! Wow!!!

Been using the Gel version of this magnesium for a long time. Gave this spray a try because my husband wasn’t a fan of the texture on his skin of the gel. This works just as well I believe and has and is less messy. All these magnesium products from this brand have been great and effective.

This is the best and fastest absorbed magnesium chloride. I use it every day, and also at the first sign of a headache or muscle cramp. Amazing how fast they go away! Highly recommend!
