Suggested Usage
Adults 18 years of age and older: At the onset of symptoms, dissolve 2 tablets in the mouth and repeat every hour for 2 more hours. Then, dissolve 2 tablets in the mouth every 6 hours until symptoms are relieved.

As the name of the product suggests, this is highly effective for arthritis and similar-type aches & pains. Not ideal for headaches, IMO, but so good at relieving arthritis and it's radiating pains in my hips & back.
