Suggested Usage

Take 1 capsule two to three times daily, preferably with food or water.

Ingredients

    standardized to 3.5% withanolides (17.5 mg)

Other Ingredients: plant-derived capsule (hypromellose), cellulose, magnesium stearate, calcium silicate, silica

Good Quality Product

My husband has been taking Nature's Way Ashwagandha for a number of years to help with memory. I believe it has helped him. I think Nature's Way produces quality products.
