ATP Cofactors™ is intended to be used as part of a complete nutritional program, emphasizing magnesium instead of calcium.
Suggested Usage
One to three tablets daily, or as recommended by a healthcare provider. When used in conjunction with Iodoral® 50 mg tablets, the recommended amount is one tablet of ATP Cofactor for each 50 mg tablet of Iodoral®.

Other Ingredients: Micosolle (silica-based excipient microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, pharmaceutical glaze.
Tablets contain no sugars, starch, corn antigens, dairy products, wheat products, yeast products, fish oil, kelp, artificial colors, artificial flavors or preservatives.
Warnings
If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking any dietary supplement.
The urine may turn dark yellow due to the excretion of riboflavin and may stain undergarment in subjects with urinary incontinence. The flushing associated with niacin does not occur because the formula uses a non flushing form of niacin.

I take ATP-cofactor as a co- helper for Iodoral (to help with its absorption). So I don't know what to say about it. I guess it's doing it's work for me.

I've used ATP for years - I read an article by physicians years ago stating the the benefits of this supplement. It allows the blood vessels to expand and increase blood flow to the extremities. The older I've become, the more I have come to appreciate the effectiveness of ATP.
