Suggested Usage

I tried this one time. And it does lift you up. However very spendy if you start drinking on a regular basis.
Along with all the other supplements I was taking...it just didn't feel like it was overly exceptional.. plus at the time I had other supplements that provided me with some of these ingredients and i favored them more.
