Suggested Usage

Shake well before use. As a dietary supplement, take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily, with a meal.

Effective, but tastes like cough syrup

I got this liquid B complex because I can control the dose very carefully, which cannot be done with pills. It is easy to take and is absorbed quickly and effectively. It definitely provides an energy boost. Unfortunately, I think it takes like cough syrup. I wish there weren't so many filler ingredients.

I would buy this again

This is great because it's methylated for easy absorption. I wish it had folate, biotin, and inositol to make it a complete b complex vitamin. I hope they work on such thing.
