Love this prenatal

I had wanted a Whole Foods based prenatal and this was recommended to me by my naturopath. I love that it contains just about 100% or less of each nutrient, and includes a good amount of choline. I do supplement additionally with calcium and fish oil as these are not included in the prenatal. Glad I got the big bottle!!
