Suggested Usage

Briny Taste, Effective Results

I wasn't prepared for the taste at first and took my first dose straight from the bottle. After that, I ended up mixing it in my morning shakes with my pre-workout. I do a lot of weightlifting and my knees haven't hurt at all since!
