Better Eyesite Thru Beta Carotene

I take 100,000 IU's everyday - I have seen a marked improvement in my eyesight. Where I absolutely positively had to wear my ""readers"" now I can get along without them more and more. I still use them but it is not a panic where are my glasses moment. It took about 30 to 45 days before I saw the improvement so hang in there.
