Phytosterols are natural components of plants, including vegetables and grains. Numerous clinical studies have demonstrated that plant phytosterols can help to support healthy cholesterol levels already within the normal range. The three main phytosterols in phytosterol complex are beta-sitosterol, campesterol, and stigmasterol. They are natural, safe, and derived entirely from plant sources.
Suggested Usage
1 tablet 3 times daily, just before or with any meal containing fat.

Other Ingredients: dibasic calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, modified cellulose gum, hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, and silica.
Contains soy.
Contains no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten or wheat. Contains no sugar, starch, salt, preservatives, or artificial color, flavor or fragrance.
Warnings
Do not take this product if you have been diagnosed with sitosterolemia.

Do not use if either tamper-evident seal is broken or missing.
