Quicksilver Scientific Bi-Est+ Topical Replenishing Serum is a nanoemulsified, topical serum providing 1mg of bioidentical estriol (E3) and 0.25mg of bioidentical estradiol (E2) per 2 pump serving. The estriol and estradiol used to make up this formula originate from diosgenin, a phytosteroid extracted from soy. Bi-Est+ is delivered using proprietary lipid nanoparticle technology for enhanced absorption compared to conventional creams.

Suggested Usage
Adults: Apply 2 pumps (1mg Estriol/0.25mg Estradiol) to smooth skin areas such as wrists, inner arms or thighs, neck, abdomen, or vulval area once or twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. These are general recommendations only and may be modified for individual needs.
