Bilberry is related to the blueberry, and is native to northern Europe, where it is harvested between July and September when the berries are ripest. Nature's Way® uses an extract of bilberry to guarantee 25% anthocyanins, the component of bilberry that has been shown to promote eye health.
Suggested Usage
Take 2 capsules three times daily, preferable with food.
