I not only love the health benefits of this supplement but I love the way it makes my skin more radiant and resistant to the sun.
I had read a side effect of taking such a high dosage was headaches but I never experienced any and have been taking this dosage daily for over a year.

Great supplement at a great price. I’m nearly 69 and have been taking it for years. I look younger than my age and have minimal arthritis. Is it this supplement or something else I’m doing? I don’t know, but I’m not going to take the risk of not taking it!
