Good form of B complex

I like this Natural Factors brand of B complex because they use the forms that are more readily usable by the body such as R-5-P for riboflavin; P-5-P for Vit B6; methylcobalamin for B12, and MTHF folate. I like that there are additional ingredients included such as organic veggies, fruits, herbs, and sea veggies too. I don't eat enough variety of foods to get these nutrients in my daily diet. Also I like that the pills don't have as strong of a Vitamin B odor like other formulations.
