I've been using this for roughly a month, and I've already noticed my hair feels thicker and more luxurious. I've also noticed my knees ache less and my skin has a bunch of pock marks from acne that seem to even be diminishing. Now I'm not saying I expect they'll go away, it's still just a vitamin not magic, but it definitely has had an effect.

Benefited From Head to Toes - Literally!

I tore a ligament in my foot years ago. After 6 months of waiting for the pediatrist to make a determination as to the problem, he wanted to do surgery and put 3 pins in. My local health food store suggested this and one other item. I took them for about 6-8 months and the foot has been fine for 10 years!!! NO SURGERY, just this supplement! Plus, no one thinks I'm as old as I am because my hair, skin, & nails have benefited. I'm in my mid-70s and most think I'm maybe early 50s. Since I'm not a medical practitioner I can't positively say this product has done these things, yet nothing else was changed in my life or diet.
