I put the drops in a gel cap so I don' t have to deal with the taste. I've been taking 5 drops twice a day for about a year. My nails are growing faster and getting stronger. My hair is Amazingly thicker and I have less pain in my joints. That's a solid win!

Most silica supplements are derived from horsetail (which contains nicotine) or bamboo extract. This product contains Orthosilicic Acid, which is the most easily-absorbed form of silica. I recently had surgery, and my wound healed well despite being immunocompromised. I took this product in addition to vitamin C and zinc.
