Other Ingredients: spring water, honey, organic alcohol and fennel essential oil. Organic alcohol 18-23%

Naturopathic recommended

Definitely works! The taste is fine other than the alcohol, but I know they need that to preserve the herbs. I’ve taken it before, during, and after meals. Anytime I feel like I need extra meal support.
