I wanted to avoid the harsh iron the Dr. prescribed. I've been taking this for 6 months and I feel much better without the awful side effects of nausea and constipation that traditional iron supplements can have. Help with Iron Deficient Anemia

Was hoping that this product would help with my Iron deficiency anemia. Couldn't take it long enough because of serious constipation. A lot of the reviews I read said this wouldn't be much of a problem. Unfortunately for me it is.

I Can't Say Enough About This Product!

I had long suffered from low iron, and was recently turned away from donating blood. After taking this product, my iron is now up to 42. My father-in-law's iron level was at 8. After taking this for a few weeks, it is now at 32. The nurses at his doctor's office all want to know what he has been taking. Neither my wife nor I have had any digestive issues with this supplement. I simply take it along with my other vitamins, usually at bedtime.

Most iron supplements I’ve tried hurt my stomach. I have had zero issues taking this, with our without food. I have also noticed a huge difference in that I don’t bruise anywhere near as much as I used to.

I typically use a different brand of whole food iron, but it was out of stock so I ordered this one and I'm very happy with it. There was no side effects switching to this iron supplement. I take it on an empty stomach with no issues.

This is the best iron supplement, my husband and I both take it. One a day is sufficient to keep your iron levels in normal range, No upset stomach, and it`s very absorbable, which many other iron supplements are not. It works!
