Suggested Usage
Take 1/4 teaspoon daily, mixed in water or juice.

Easy to take with water

I tried this as a lower-cost alternative to the capsule form. I put a quarter teaspoon in glass of water, stir and drink. I've used it for a couple of months now and plan to continue purchasing it.
