Cal-Plus is a comprehensive calcium formula designed to support bone strength, density, and repair. Natural soy-free vitamin K-2 (MK-7) directs calcium from the bloodstream to the bone. Iodine from Icelandic kelp and vitamin D3 work synergistically with the trace minerals boron and vanadium to promote calcium utilization, remineralization, and bone density support.

I use this product 3x's a day. I feel a direct result within a half hour. My muscles relax right away in my back. The only problem for me is the pill is too hard and too big for me to swallow so I have to chew it. Not bad to chew, a little chalkie but doable. Worth doing that then not taking it.
