Calcium Citrate is easy to take but must take a lot. Next time I will order something with 500 mg a tablet.

4 caps and always messy

These seem to be doing the trick as my test results are improved, but I kind of hate taking 4 capsules. There's always a broken capsule in the jar and then all the rest are chalky from the powder.

My PCP and 2 specialists believe that calcium citrate is better for elders like me than calcium from bone. I've been using them and have had no recurrence of a large kidney stone--despite meds and frequent water drinking--that appeared in 2016 and was treated in 2017.
