Suggested Usage

I trust Solgar products and have used them for years. There variety of calcium/magnesium products helped improve my bone density test results. I esp need good calcium and magnesium for my post-polio body - it benefits the musculoskeletal and nervous system and the zinc helps with collagen synthesis in the bones. Sounds good to me. We'll see...
