Honestly, take 2 per day even though the recommended dosage is three. That's because my diet already contains calcium. The tablets are ""huge"", but easy to swallow. This is a new product for me, so still not sure if it is aiding to prevent osteoporosis.

I have been taking this formulation since Whole Foods stopped making something similar years ago. Though I have tried other magnesium formulations I haven't noticed much of a difference from this one and find I return again and again. It's easy on my stomach and has kept my bones healthy.
