This is the best combination of minerals required for bone health.Moderate amount of calcium with vit d and k for its better absorption along with other minerals.Definitely anyone can add this to their diet without any side effects . Pills are on larger side but not hard to swallow

Great calcium supplement from plant source rather than carbonate. Has additional nutrients to help with transporting the calcium to where it needs to be in the body. I am very happy to take calcium on daily basis it gives me piece of mind that I am covered due to my teeth being naturally very fragile and are not strong. Also it's good for my bones since I do a lot of physical activities. And to know it's actually getting to my immune system since it has vitamin D3 and it's not just washing out if you take it itself.

Excellent combo of calcium magnesium zinc copper boron vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 most of which I need for restless leg and gut issues. I am happy that there is no aftertaste goes down easily and also this is a 2 month supply. I always have great luck with this brand since it is so clean and well sourced. Its nice to not have aftertaste and burping up after you take these. I recommend and will buy again!

Calcium is essential for me especially as I age. But not all calcium has the added vitamins to make it absorbable. But this calcium pro+ has the vitamin D3 for absorption but also magnesium and zinc which was the + for me.
