Have definitely found Calm to have a relaxing influence & the dosage of 2 x per day seems to have worked for me during a particularly trying period. Did find it took a few days before I noticed a subtle change & it has definitely contributed to my feeling a more relaxed person.

I have been using this product for almost 2 months, but so far so good. The effects for me are mild to moderate. I plan on continuing to experiment with this product for at least another month.

I noticed a slight calming effect with this product. I was looking for something that works quickly, but this might have more of a cumulative effect after taking it for a period of time. Pricier than a GABA supplement, likely due to the fact that it contains phosphatidylserine in the form of Sharp PS Green derived from sunflower seed.
