Calm cp and travacor seem to cause stomach issues so i'm afraid to keep trying it without immediate effects like kavinace which works great.

I use this product daily...in the late afternoon/early evening my cortisol levels rise and I get nervous and shaky and have food cravings...this helps to calm me and put my cortisol level in control...I've used the product over a month and have found it very effective!

Most of the supplements I take I don't really see much of a difference. I'd ran out of the Calm CP and neglected to reorder. I started having more trouble falling asleep and staying there. Once I started back up I actually did see a difference between taking them and not taking them.
