Calming Cream may naturally assist with:

This topical cream is designed to naturally increase the levels of the calming reducing neurotransmitters in the brain such as dopamine, GABA and serotonin.
Suggested Usage
- Children: 1/2 pump to 1 pump at bedtime or as needed.
- Adults: 1 to 2 pumps as needed or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Always consult your healthcare professional if you have questions or concerns about these ingredients.
- When used at bedtime, apply 30 minutes prior.
- If being used for nervousness or hyper activity, apply as needed.
- Do not exceed 4 dosages daily.
- Most effective when applied on thin skin area where there is no hair.
- Do not bathe 30 minutes after application.
This product provides approximately 90 pumps per bottle.

I bought this product by recommendation from parents who has children in spectrum with sleeping problem, anxiety, hyperactive etc.. My son has all those symptoms above. Since he use this cream twice a day. I applied it on one to two pumps ,inside his forearms or lower back, twice a day. He became calmer during the day and sleeps much better at night. He can fall as sleep easier without using sleep aids. I was impressed how quick the cream absorb and helps my son who is school student can sleep better. The only negative part is the cost is expensive but I think it's worth it. I hope someday the manufacture should lower the price so everyone can afford to buy this great product.

I use it in conjunction with my regular medications for anxiety. I apply it during the day and does not make me feel drowsy. It provides a synergistic effect that is quite soothing.

This really helped my son fall asleep at night when melatonin alone wasn't enough. The only reason for 4 stars is that he needed the maximum dose and this product is expensive for us; but I definitely recommend it if you can afford it!
