Formulated with magnesium bisglycinate chelate buffered with magnesium oxide to increase the pH (alkalinity) of the formula, making it more gentle on the digestive tract and easier to absorb.  Magnesium supports energy production and is critical for enzyme function.

Easy to swallow; like the mg per capsule

I have been trying different brands of chelated magnesium and I like that this one is 200mg per capsule so I can take 2 per day and get in 400 mg. They are also easy to swallow, unlike most other brands that are large pills.

Blue Bonnet Magnesium Capsules

I have been purchasing Blue Bonnet supplements for years and have always found them to be of the highest quality and professionally packaged in dark glass bottles instead of plastic. Also appreciate that they use vegetable capsules where possible. Their magnesium capsules are buffered so are easier on the stomach. Their products are manufactured in my home state of Texas so that is a plus too.
