Suggested Usage

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal.

I'm a coffee drinker

Inositol and Choline are part of the vitamin B family but this nutrient is rarely part of a super B complex so I take it on the side. This nutrient is especially important for anyone who consumes a lot of caffeine. Also, if a person is constipated and magnesium isn't doing the trick - A few of these capsules maybe be helpful because this product helps us absorb the water we drink. I also take it sometimes if I experience insomnia due to constipation.
