Loved the product and it helped with the bloating feel that I usually have after eating. I did not like the coating on the pill so I opened the capsule and just emptied the content directly into my mouth. Just can't see myself swallowing plastic...dissoluble or not.

I've been taking these probiotics for years and they've really helped my gut issues. However, I didn't notice that some things changed since I last bought them. It used to be that you would take 2 capsules to get 70 billion cultures, which I liked because sometimes I just needed one and 2 was too much. Now you take one capsule to get 70 billion and it's making my stomach bloated and upset. Also the price is higher for that. I'd rather have the option to take one or 2 like before.
