Important if you're taking a zinc supplement
by Michele Anderson -
Taking zinc is important to bolster the immune system, but don't forget copper! I read that zinc can lower copper stores, so I take this as well. DO NOT TAKE THEM AT THE SAME TIME. I take my zinc (with quercetin) in the morning and copper at night. This brand and type seems to work best for me and doesn't upset my stomach.
