I've been struggling with the side effects from taking fluoroquinolone antibiotics 4 months ago and I started taking this along with magnesium malate, magnesium glycinite, and 7-keto and so far it's been helping more to get up easier in the morning than just taking magnesium. Never tried other CoQ10, so I can't compare, but it seems to be helping me.
