Good source of CoQ10

My primary care physician recommended this product in 2006. She has me taking one capsule with breakfast and a second one at dinner for a total of 240 mg. It is supposed to support heart health. I don't know if it does that, but I came through a recent echo-cardiogram and exercise stress test with flying colors. I wouldn't be without this product, although it is a bit pricey.
