Suggested Usage
Adults take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily with meals.

I was a little leary about taking this heard a lot of good things about Tumeric but I am one to have to try it myself before I believe it. I have been taking this actually about 2months. I coworker gave me a bottle to try for a month then I stopped. I can tell the difference. My feet would hurt when I got up in the morning they are were saying I might have the start of osteoarthritis so I tried Tumeric for a month and when I stopped for a couple of weeks my feet started hurting again. So I am back on it again and my feet stopped hurting. So I guess it really works.

This was recommended by my doctor for the arthritis in my lower back. The inflammation was making it painful to get out of bed every morning. I noticed a significant improvement after 2 weeks. I highly recommend this product.
