Turmeric extract is derived from Curcuma longa root and standardized to contain 18% curcuminoids.
Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules, 1-3 times daily, between meals.

Working wonders for my Back pain!

I take this as my Integrative Physician prescribed. I take 3 caps on an empty stomach in the morning and another 3 without food in the afternoon. Curcumin is very difficult to absorb by itself unless mixed with oil. Absorption is not an issue with this. I have Degenerative Discs in my lumbar spine and this is one of the strongest anti-inflammatories I have found. No side effects and after being on it for 2 weeks; I began to notice a huge difference. You pay for quality and this is it! Will not be without it!
