Bioperine® is a black pepper extract that contains the alkaloid piperine. Research reveals that it has the potential to enhance the bioavailability of curcumin, promoting its absorption.
Curcumin helps support the body’s natural detoxification system and helps maintain healthy hepatic function. These actions are associated with its beneficial effects, including support for healthy liver, colon and musculoskeletal function.
Turmeric extract is derived from Curcuma longa root and standardized to contain 95% curcuminoids. Bioperine® extract is derived from Piper nigrum fruit and standardized to contain 95% piperine. Ascorbyl palmitate is derived from corn dextrose fermentation and palm oil.
Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule, 1–3 times daily, between meals.

It's a once-a-day addition to my regimen. I haven't decided whether I'll continue to use it. It seems to help, but I will decide once we get into, and through, an expected cold and wet winter. Damp, cold weather causes me great discomfort, especially in both knees

Not effective enough to destroy biofilm

I have not seen any results so far. I pray you, Jesus to make it work to destroy the biofilm (against small intestinal bacteria overgrowth), or may YOU show me what else to use. May you heal me Jesus with your power of fire. Amen

Hurts my veins

I wish curcumin did not damage my veins. Seem to work for bone and skin inflammation from small intestinal overgrowth however.

I usually take curcumin a couple times a year for the many health like joint health benefits. This time I am taking it to help dissolve the spike protein as Dr. Peter McCullough talked about on Fox. The other 2 supplements he suggested were Nattoklinase and Bromelain.. They are all supplements and I was already taking Bromelain for digestion as it is just pineapple. I was also taking Natto. as part of the Lymes Disease protocol with Serrapeptase. I have not had any negative issues. I used to put the spice turmeric in capsules but this is much easier and I know I am getting quality as this is a company I trust.
