Do not like them using magnesium stearate. Read that it is very bad for your colon and digestion.

I wanted to try curcumin because I've heard it can help with fibromyalgia pain and the stress response. The holistic doctor I used to go to liked Jarrow brand products, so I chose this product. I haven't noticed it helping with pain or stress, but when I tried to go off of it, I noticed a lot of anxiety, so I went back on it. So either it IS doing something or else I just can't go off of it now.
