D3-10,000 + K2 is a natural, soy-free, bioidentical vitamin D supplement. Vitamin D, considered both a hormone and a vitamin, is manufactured in response to skin's exposure to sunlight and is essential to the body’s absorption of calcium.
This formula includes a natural vitamin K2 (as menaquinone 7) which supports enhanced utilization of calcium in the bloodstream. It is an all-trans natural menaquinone 7 with high bioavailability and long half-life in the blood.
Suggested Usage
Take one softgel per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

My Dr. recommended this dose for me. It is recommended to take vitamin D with K2. for better absorption, so this product is perfect. My vitamin D level improved greatly and I'm now on a lower dosage. Also, the price is good for a quality product
