In addition to these benefits, Vitamin D3 also promotes calcium absorption. Vitamin K refers to a group of compounds that vary in their absorption, metabolism, and tissue distribution. It works with vitamin D to direct calcium deposits to bones instead of soft tissues, providing support for both skeletal and cardiovascular health. Vitamin K also activates proteins involved in normal blood coagulation which is important for vascular health. Bio-Tech’s D3-K2 uses vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 which is highly bioavailable.

I use this during the wintertime to help keep a healthy level of Vitamin D. When taking Vitamin D at 5000 iu or greater, be sure to take it with Vitamin K so the D can get into the bones. This brand is cheaper than some of the other professional brands and same great quality.

Rating the product is difficult

Rating the product is difficult unless one has used it for a while to judge its quality and effects. I wish the reviewers would give us more time to "use" the product before you shoot out a review request.
As for now, the product seems a bit thin for a synthetic "down" comforter.
I guess you get what you paid for.

I do not take this year round- only during winter months when I'm outside less. Good price point for a D3 with the K2.
