Suggested Usage
Shake well before use. As a dietary supplement, take three sprays under tongue and hold for 7 seconds, then swallow. Take once daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.

This is the best delivery method of Vit. D I've found. So I've stopped looking. I actually feel it when I take it...similar to when I've visited lower latitudes with mega sunshine and had a day's worth of exposure. I prefer the latter means of getting adequate Vit. D, but it's just not possible where I live.
